Help me find a holiday...

I want to take my mum on a holiday this summer possibly to a Greek island. Ideally I would like-

1. Small fishing village
2. Not too touristy
3. Nice hotel with pool
4. Good food

My mum has awful arthritis so she won't be going on long walks but it would be good to be able to sit outside a restaurant by the sea and watch people ...

I agree with NoFashion.

If budget is an issue I'd seriously skip this summer. Currently even for Green countries I believe you need a test before you fly and two when you return at minimum cost of £180 per person. How about Jersey which will at least be warmer than here ?
