Universal, Florida refund

Hi,
Has anyone been given a refund for Universal studios tickets due to the pandemic? We were due to go at the end of this month and the holiday has now been cancelled.
We booked direct on the Universal website.

We managed to get a date change (unfortunately to another date that we ended up not being able to go to either).
They won't refund you if they're open, but they may do a date change.

Yes, we were actually scheduled to arrive just a couple of days after they initially closed last year. They were absolutely fantastic about the refund. No problems at all.

They asked me to send a copy of the tickets, which I did last week, but yet to hear anything. I tried to phone before that but gave up after being on hold forever!

I don’t understand why they won’t refund if they’re open. We can’t get there as the borders are closed and there are no flights going to the USA.

They refunded our tickets no problem last year.
