We decided to go away this weekend as a family - meeting up with family who I haven’t seen for nearly two years!

Arrived and feel really down as missing my routine and friends made during lockdown.

It’s bizarre as was looking so forward to it.

All I can think of what has caused this, is covid. being at home for so long has had a bigger impact on me than I thought!

I’m so annoyed at myself as normally love travelling!

Any ideas? Do you think this is why?
