Basque region/ San Sebastian or St Jean Luz accomadation please!

We would love to visit the basque region for summer 08 but are stuck for good family friendly accomadation suitable for a three and a 7year old. Would consider hotel or self catering. Will probably spend one week in each spot. We are flexible and willing to stay outside of the main area's. Anyone done this? Would love some recommendations please !!

we stayed at acampsite near St jean de Luz at Bidart - camping Le Ruisseau. We went with Eurocamp but there are tons of operators whoi go there and you could book direct. has all the facilities you and LOs need.

we are thinking of booking for Le Ruisseau for next year and have so far found vacansoleil teh cheapest for ready put up tent. what were their things like - only ever noticed their mobiles before and we are tent people!

My money is on Leslaki never, ever coming back to this thead.
