Where to go for sun in October

COVID permitting obviously...
We have 2 weeks to go away with a 2 & 4 year old at the end of October - any recommendations for where will be nice & warm? DH less keen on Europe at that time of year as not quite warm enough, happy to go long haul.
We like Caribbean but not sure which islands are at hurricane risk? Also like Mauritius but not sure which side is good weather wise ath that time of year?
Any suggestions gratefully received!

How long for?
we often go to Lindos in Rhodes for October half term. It's often around 28- 30c. Rarely need a cardigan in the evening either.

If you stay in the village it's beautiful and a completely different experience to the 'normal' Greek package holiday

East side of Mauritius is less windy.

How about Israel.

We went to the south of Portugal - carvoiera- in October a few times when our kids were that age, had lovely weather every time.

I went to Cyprus one October and it was warm enough, worth checking.

Tenerife or other Canary Islands warm at that time of year.
