If you have a packed suitcase that weighs up to 24kg, what size and type of suitcase is it?

I have (large) cabin luggage size and ginormous hold sized that I suspect way exceeds 24kg filled so I fear my sense of a middle weight size suitcase is way off!

Good luck lifting that!!

I use a large, lightweight suitcase like this. You’ll be surprised how easy they are to fill. Buy a scale and measure as you pack. It’s the only way to be accurate.

It that the large or the medium version of that? From you and the first poster I wonder if I'm overthinking the maximum weight of my large cases. Only used them on Eurostar previously so I didnt need to think about it.

I have the large version. Both myself my partner and sister have used various versions of this case for holiday when packing 20-25kg it’s it fits nicely but not stuffed. They’re fab as the suitcase
Itself only weighs about 2kg so not taking up all your allowance like others can.

I'm now trying to remember if my ginormous ones are the same size or not. Without getting them out of the loft....😖😖😖😖

67cm suitcases hold about 25kg when I pack.
Dont go too big - I got 40kg in our large suitcase before doing some shuffling between cases to balance things more evenly Blush.

That's what I'm worried about. I'm pretty sure mine are the next size up. I'm thinking I want one 67cm one
