Does anyone know what the TUI incentive is for rebooking?

We are booked to go away in May but this will be cancelled or rebooked. Has anyone heard what the TUI incentive is for rebooking rather than requesting a refund?

Hi OP. My holiday was for 11th May. I called TUI and they offered me a 20% of my original booking costs to re book a new holiday. I didn’t need to wait for my cancellation email from TUI.

Our holiday was cancelled last year so we rebooked to go at half term in May and were given a rebooking incentive. But we can’t realistically go with the possibility of isolating on return (teachers) so have decided to rebook for next May. All good. Slight increase in price but we accepted that until we came to make the change and they have deducted the rebooking incentive! So now it is a lot more! Not thrilled but will ring in the morning
