Advice for October half term holiday please

We’d love to go away for the October half term.

We’re 2 adults and 2 DCs, 13 and 15.

Looking for somewhere AI, quieter, near a sandy beach, maybe with a bit of luxury.

Doesn’t have to be really hot, low 20s and above would be lovely.

Hotel Cala Fornells in Mallorca has a half hour transfer, sea view rooms, very peaceful and walkable to a good choice of restaurants. 5 minutes shuttle to town.

Majorca can be unstable in Ocotober as most of the Mediterraine will be. We went to Cyprus and had rain on some days but it is warmer than Spain.

Also Canary Islands can be glorious or rainy.

Look when hotels are closing, we went in the last October week and resorts and restaurants already shut or annouced they were shutting. Do you research.
