Does anyone know how I can make a complaint about Hotels.com? Thanks

Use the live chat. It will make you talk to a virtual chat first but click the ‘something else’ option and type in how do I log a complaint. They should then direct you to a actual human you can ask.

If it fails you Resolver as they can usually get places to respond to you. It’s worked in the past with Expedia (who actually own hotels.com) x
