Holidays with Tui

We booked in August 2019 for Spain in August 2020. Tui promised we wouldn't go if we had to quarantine so we moved it to this summer. I didn't think it would be likely but Tui have said they hope to be running at 80%. Have they still got the quarantine promise in place? We are both key workers and cannot quarantine on return. I have no idea how they think they can run at 80% when the vaccine isn't as advanced abroad. Thoughts?

We had a holiday booked for last August which we moved to this summer so are in exactly the same boat. We're probably going to wait until the last minute before making any decision about cancelling it though

Has all the info about it, there is a section in Summer 2021 bookings.
