I have a query around accepting a voucher for an EasyJet flight cancellation
I booked for 5 people (4 adults & 1 child) to go to Granada in February 2021. The flight was cancelled by EasyJet and I have a query around the refund and/or voucher options. I have booked replacement flights for 2 of the adults (myself & husband) to fly to Scotland in April 2021, , but am not sure what to do about the other 3 flights.
Given EasyJet are offering extras if you request a voucher I would like to accept the voucher (+ extras) BUT would want to use these to book flights for 3 different people than the refund applies to (myself, husband & my mum), but am not sure if the vouchers are can only be used for flights booked in the names of the travellers booked on the now cancelled flight (sister brother in law & niece)
Other option is that I apply for a refund, but on the t&cs it says that refund will be applied to all flights on the booking - that would I think mean that they would automatically refund the flights to Scotland that if allowed at that time we would like to still use
With EasyJets chat function closed and the FAQs don't cover who can use the vouchers I am hoping that one of you can help
