Where to eat in Bruges and what to do?

I'm going away this week-end to Bruges with a group of women from my work. Can anyone recommend somewhere to eat that would suit vegetarians(no fish)and meat-eaters?
It also needs to fit in with people who like to eat nice food and another group that wouldn't want to go somewhere too expensive. Easy really.
After all that is there anything we shouldn't miss?

If you want to avoid expensive, don't go to any of the restaurants on the big square - can't remember the name. They are fab though - the children's meals are fillet steaks, rare!

I went to Bruges years ago and have to say that Belgian restaurants are very good and cater for everyone iirc.

Can't believe the vegetarians will miss out on the moules et frites!! Good steaks are served pretty much everywhere.

Sorry haven't really got any specific advice/recommendations
