Can anyone recommend a nice, mid-price range restaurant in Paris?

Yes I can but don't know what the name is!! There are two places near to the aston martin showroom and the "bar" looking one rather than the restaurant looking one on corner plot - is lovely excellent service good french food and lots of locals mid price range.

I found a lovely one while I stayed last weekend - probably a bit late for TuttiFrutti but handy for anyone else who's going in future! It's called Chez Tof, is in the 10eme arondissement. Closet Metor stations are Colonel Fabien on line 2, and Louis Blanc on line 7(i think, it's one of the green lines, just above the Col.Fabien station on the Metro map). My dp and I had 2 mains, 2 desserts, I had 2 cokes and he had 3 grafs of red wine, for 44euro! They have an english speaking waiter but the owner and his wife speak very little themselves. A very nice atmosphere, and lush food-massive plates too!
