Decent hotel nearish Gatwick?

I'm going to a meeting at Gatwick this week and need somewhere to stay for one night. Any recommendations? Not sure what the company budget is but would appreciate ideas. It doesn't have to be Gatwick, it can be within an hour or so drive. TIA.

they have lots around gatwick

The Aurora is OK. There's also a REnaissance and a Hulton. Can always depend on a hilton.

Check out www.halfpricehotels.co.uk - they have a few around Gatwick with offers.

There are a couple of copthorne hotels near Gatwick, so depending on the budget this might be OK - copthorne

Thanks guys. Stayed at the Nutfield Priory in the end, which was Ok.
