7 month old going to tenerife

Advice needed please my parents are kindly taking me my DP and DS(7months) to tenerife in 2 weeks its all incluive, but I have no idea what to expect obviously it wont be like the lounging around by the pool sunbathing holidays I am used to but what do you do with a 7 month old on holiday, he has no baggage allowance so the number of toys we tak will be limited, anyone had any experience?

I would take high factour sun cream and a cotton sheet to put over pushchair sun shade whilst he is sleeping in pushchair, it will still be hottish for him.

Make sure he gets lots of fluids and just take him wherever you go. At this age it is probably easier than when they are crawling.

Take a good first aid kit, with some medised, capol etc

A couple of fav toys and something to chew on

Hi, thinking of going away myself with 6/7 month old but worried about solid food, will you bring your own with you Bezi?

yeah I usually make my own but for easiness I think I will take some tins, just worried about the weight because he wont get baggage allowance, but should be ok divided between cases and hand luggage, I'm sure they will sell baby food wherever you go though.
