Realistically how much for Disney world/Florida?

Hi :)

Dd4 has been asking to go Disney for a year now and the older two (13&11) have been asking to go America for years so we thought we would kill two birds with stone. Wouldn’t be until next year.

The questions are-

Villa or hotel?

Which parks?

What to do around the area that isn’t parks?

How long to go for?

And more importantly how much spending money?

Thank you!

£10-12k for a family of four. Another California fan here. We’ve done Orlando, Cali twice and Paris three times. Cali is my favourite, my happy place! Will definitely go back to Florida but mainly to do Universal again.

As others have said please please don’t go to Seaworld. It is so incredibly sad to keep animals that swim miles and miles every day and live in complex family groups in tiny tanks.

Seaworld has an awful history of orcas dying very young. Have a look at uk.whales.org/our-4-goals/end-captivity/ for more info. Or watch the documentary Blackfish which shows how animals end up in these watery cages.
Please don’t go, thanks for reading.

Totally agree billybagpuss. If other animals such as chimpanzees were in a zoo in a cage the size of an average bathroom or smaller people would probably think that was cruel, yet fail to see the cruelty of keeping marine mammals who swim thousands of miles in their lives in tiny tanks.
