Can anyone recommend anywhere in Italy for 4 and a half year old twin boys? We've done family hotels/appartments in Spain and Croatia the past 2 years which have been great - pool, kids club, beach etc so ideally looking for that rather than a villa as it kept them and us amused but not having much success finding a (affordable) hotel complex like that in Italy. Not fussed about location but on the coast would be good. please help!
