Tuscany -Apartment/hotel complex with 18 month baby

We would love to go to Tuscany in December and are looking for self catering accomodation preferably within a hotel type complex - not sure if that type of thing exists in Tuscany? Any ideas?

We stayed at a lovely place in June - close to San Gimignano, approx 40 mins from Siena or Florence. One or 2 bed self catering aparts in a converted castle, with a great swimming pool and a small bar /restaurant on site (not open every night).
