Hi - Can anyone advise where I can get my two children tested easily before flying?

Where are you flying to?. This will have much bearing as some countries demand tests to be completed and certified within a certain number of days of departure. Some countries also state that children under the age of 12 need no such test.

so we are going to Canary Islands - this was booked when things were not looking so dire with regards to tiers and increased rates.
There is also a travel corridor between UK and Tenerife.
Adults and kids need tests.
Flying from Gatwick
any advise gratefully received.

Watching with interest, we also need to get our three dc tested to travel. I would rather not get them tested as it's not a very nice process tbh. Do we put them through swabbing but give them a holiday or not out them through that but then they'll miss out on a holiday Sad

Sofitel heathrow are doing a stay test and rest thing. Where you stay at the hotel get tested wait for results then fly. Could you ask the sofitel at gatwick if they are replicating?

When are you planning on travelling?.

Given all the other requirements needed apart from the PCR test (forms need to be completed as well as having an app on your phone) I would seriously now consider postponing it further. Have a read of the Foreign Office travel guide to Spain which also features the Canary Islands.
