What are the must-sees/must-dos at Salford Quays?

We've got a day there next week, primarily to visit the Lowry, but there seems to be such a lot to do there. Have you been? What should we aim for?
Boys are 5 and 7, and neither they nor I particularly enjoy shopping

Is there a swingpark at all in the vicinity?

Thought I should report back: we had a great time

The boys loved just looking at all the stunning architecture, and working with their sketchbooks. We enjoyed just walking round the different quays and over all the bridges, and - to my great relief - no one fell in!

I booked them in for a workshop at the Lowry, and they spent 1.5 hrs making "funky frames" in a fantastically-equipped education room. (Cost £3 each I think). Highly recommended!
