Looking for a pub near to Alton Towers where DH can watch the Rugby.....

& somewhere (Indian?) for us to eat the next day,

We are staying in Cheadle but only small TV in room so DH neeeeds a pub/ somewhere with a BIG screen!

Anyone live nearby who can recommend somewhere?

Quite a few pubs in Cheadle Milliways - deffo be somewhere you can watch the footie.

Now there's a fab Indian a couple of miles out of town. The name escapes me but will Google it for you now.

Thornbury Hall The most unlikely looking Indian Restaurant ever.

In Leek which is maybe 8 miles away - there's an award winning Indian called Bolaka Spice and a little Italian called Primo Piano.
