Blackpool tower - Mooky's circus - fab day out

I've been twice now and loved both times. Oh - and ds's loved it as well (4 and 2) . Circus is really good entertainment for all the family, loved watching the show and old fogies dancing in the ballroom, jungle jims was great for kids, aquarium was good and tower was fab and it was pretty cheap for somewhere you could spend hours quite happily. Would thoroughly recommend it.

I live around Blackpool way - we were at the circus last sunday - as you rightly say - great family day out (and the circus folk aren't bad to look at either especially the guys in the tightrope/ring walking bit eh?)

chico brothers i think you mean - have to say they weren't as "pumped up" yesterday as when i saw them the first time. But yes there was lots of eye candy for the mums!

Also the russian family are great. Can you imagine coming from a circus family and NOT wanting to be in the circus, say, wanting to be an accountant or something instead? How shunned would you be??

the russians were scary - kamikazee if you ask me especially that guy who did the flip on a single leg stilt. They seem to really enjoy it though. Can't believe the people that don't clap and cheer like mad - these people are risking their lives for your entertainment fgs

Yep it's a great place, really takes me back to my childhood. We probably go around 5 or 6 times a year because you get discount in the winter if you live around here.

food isn't the best although we went to the "as much pizza as you want" place and that was ok. They do have the dinosaur thing although we steered clear this time - once bitten...
