We went to kanifushi last year. It was fabulous, great food and all inclusive, lots going on, but plenty of space to escape.

Am going to read this with interest OP. We also want to go Easter, albeit 2023 for my 50th and DS will be 12, just shy of 13 and Year 8. Me and DH have been a couple of times and I can't wait to go back. DS and DH are great at doing water sports right now and I think/hope that would continue.

DH and were fortunate enough to go to Sun Island in January this year before all Covid kicked off. It was paradise and I'm hoping to return when things return to normality (not sure when that will be). They have water sports, diving etc. The beaches are gorgeous, we were the only ones most days on our 'little bit' of beach. Food in the main restaurant is lovely, plenty of choice every day, however the Italian and Thai restaurants were very pricey approx. $150 for a meal for two, we gave those a miss! There is evening entertainment for those who want it. No money is used on the island everything is charged to the room and settled before you leave.

We went to Meeru with Kuoni for our honeymoon 7 years ago. It was amazing and the food was outstanding. One of the largest islands but still pretty small. Lots of water sports, tennis, golf driving range and tennis courts. Great spa over the ocean too. This is making me want to go back. X
