Jersey isn’t in England so won’t be in the tier system. I believe they are technically covid free and not allowing visitors?

Georgyporky · 24/10/2020 17:14

@TheChineseChicken Thank you, I really thought the C.I.s were part of the U.K.
Looks like this will be the 4th holiday to be cancelled this year.

They’re definitely not UK but I’m not sure what their restrictions are so best to check. Sorry you’re disappointed Sad

Jersey definitely not Covid free - they have 82 cases and I think there are restrictions. Best bet is to try States of Jersey website

They aren’t COVID-19 free. They do have different restrictions depending on where in the UK you are coming from.

Ah, my mistake
Pootle40 · 25/10/2020 21:22

We went in August and needed COVID test at jersey airport. Had a great time there. Maybe rules have changed since then.

Pootle40 · 25/10/2020 21:25

Ah vastly different arrangement to when we went in August - yikes !

Georgyporky · 26/10/2020 10:16

Test on arrival, isolate in hotel room for 5 days before 2nd test, then fly home on 6th day. Great Xmas break!

About to demand refund from BA.
