Wales - half term

Just seen the BBC update on the Welsh lockdown. Has anyone else got Air BnB accommodation booked for half term? Wish I had never booked it now but we've not had a holiday this year and when I booked it didn't seem as bleak We only qualify for 50 per cent refund. Host has said cancel and request full refund but I cant see how to do this on the Air BnB app. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else manages. TIA x

I had to cancel Malta in May last term. Did it via the website. Refund was full and very rapid.

I have a room on Airbnb, and when we had to cancel a couple of guests for health reasons, we went via Airbnb customer services, they refunded the guests in full and I didn’t have to pay the penalty either. Try contacting them.
