what size waist in inches for a size 10/12?

I want to order some jeans but the size is in inces only. I'm a 10 usually in Gap, oasis etc. What is that in inches?

A Gap size 10 is usually an American 10 which is a British 12 so in inches you will be looking at waist 30/32, a size 10 (british) is at least a 28 inch. Hope this helps.

You need to order a size 28 (inches), as this is a UK 10. This means it is to fit a 28 inch waist, the actual measurment when you put the tape measure around will be bigger 30 or 32 inches, depending on the rise.
UK sizes are
8 - 26
10 - 28
12 - 30
14 - 32
16 - 34.....

A US 10 is a UK 14, not 12.
