Contacting Easyjet

Could anyone please suggest a way to actually connect with Easyjet ?? they cancelled our flights in July, we chose the refund option. Weeks later they sent a voucher, we chose a refund AGAIN! And still nothing, months later.
Have tried Twitter but getting generic replies.
Any advice most welcome , thank you!

I tried twitter but actually found calling them to be the easiest. I called on a Friday morning around 8.00am and was only waiting for about 5 minutes. Good luck!

Tried it and got through, told me they can't deal with refund requests over the phone ??
And I was to e mail. Which I have done. Many times. Am SO frustrated.

im really annoyed with them as they refunded me £39 from our £270 flights. I would have asked for vouchers but they are not going to go from southend or stansted anymore either, so no good to me

@branleuse is that just the taxes? Did the flight still go?

What email address are people using? Our flights for later this month were cancelled and obviously we'd rather have the ££ over vouchers
