Food at Alton Towers Water Park

Hi all!
We are heading to Alton Towers Waterpark this week, but I have a 4 year old who can't eat gluten, so I was hoping to find out what their cafe serves. I've tried contacting them, but they just advised me to 'ask on the day' which is no good if I need to plan an alternative to take with us!

Does anyone know what type of food they sell in the water park itself? Any info on allergens would be much appreciated, but at the moment I'd just like to know what they have so I can plan accordingly! Thanks!

It's fast food, burger and chips type thing. You'll be able to get something they can eat unless they're coeliac.

They won't let you take food in. The hotel they're connected to also has a restaurant - so you could eat before or after your session.

Thanks so much for your reply - I had a feeling it was going to be that kind of thing, so we will have to take food with us as he is coeliac (but they have said this is ok, presumably to stop dripping children in towel ponchos stinking up the restaurant with chlorine!).
