we have recently bought a static caravan and will be renting it out to visitors next Spring/Summer.

I am in the process of putting a handbook together with local information.

So far I have
doctor, dentist, chemist, church and also some safety information about our small holding such as a warning about the river and the well that we have.

I shall get leaflets for local attractions to put in. Can you think of what else I will need to put in information wise to help visitors to our area

Grocery shopping info.
Playgrounds.
Any local activities (farmers markets?)

You could put in loads of leaflets but I'd also put in a little summary sheet of your top tips for the area - a personal touch to welcome visitors. And a visitor book so that visitors can put in their suggestions too (start it off with a couple of "fictional" entries to show people what to do)

Sounds lovely. Can I come and stay?

Thank you all for your suggestions. I'm busy putting this together at the moment, in fact I'm going to make several so that I have some spare if one goes missing.

Peaches- they're siting the caravan now- need to sort out water, drainage and electricity and then we're good to go
