That about sums it up. We are a 2 adult 2 children family, and as our children are both in school, and for work reasons, we can no longer go on holiday off season, and want to know how people manage to afford it. We have to go in August but would consider anywhere as long as it isn't unbearably hot. There must be ways, so any advice/tips etc. would be very welcomed. Thank you.
