Hi - I have had an email from them saying they are ready to refund my money for flights cancelled in July. Then they say in it that due to technical issues they cannot refund to the original payment method (was CC) but want my bank details......
I know - so alarm beels going for total scam. However they have the correct booking number.
So I went to the lastminute.com site and signed in to my account - lo and behold the same message. So now appears legit,
