Has to be UK, can be pretty much anywhere (but not Cardiff/Manchester/Newcastle/Dublin). Preferably with spa.

Has to be something for New Year so doesnt matter beach/city etc.
Would like somewhere special, maybe a spa, somewhere nice to eat and have few drinkies, either in hotel or surrounding area (we stayed in Didsbury in Manchester last year).

Budget of about £100 per night in hotel maybe bit more if its worth it
