I am sure there have been threads on this but I can't work out how to access them from the app. The search option doesn't seem to bring up the right ones.
How long did it take you to get the money in your account from the email advising you they had processed the refund?
I got the email on August 19th. Still nothing.bank advised me to wait for another two days.
When I log on 'track my claim ' the webpage doesn't recognise the ref number. I am assuming because it is closed on easyjet s side?
