DH and I have a weekend off at the beginning of December to celebrate our anniversary. DD will be with my mum, lord love her.

I want romance, christmas markets, festivities, mulled wine and cosy restaurants.

Can't decide between the two - what you do you think?

Haven't been to Tallinn for about 10 yrs, so I assume it's changed quite a bit... but it was a bit provincial back then.

Copenhagen on the other hand is seriously hip at the moment with lots of cafes & bars etc. They take Christmas very seriously, and it's very scandi tasteful - and there is outdoor iceskating in a square at the end of the main pedestrian shopping street. You will find mulled wine (gløgg) at every turn!

Whichever you choose, I'm sure it'll be a treat to be just the two of you...
