Hello I really need your help
I am due to fly to Greece on Friday but I've just done her form. It's asked for my hubby's details not mine. And apparently it's one form for one family
I haven't given any details of myself
Does anyone have any knowledge on this
Thank you in advance

I don't understand your post?
We did and was simple. I did for DH and DC. Just needs to be completed by the lead booking adult to keep it simple

So you have done one form with just your DH on it?

There is a way that you can amend the form to add you. I’m afraid I cannot remember how exactly but basically you need to log into the form and find a pencil symbol (top right somewhere?) then you can go through the form and find the add a person button. Press it and add your details.

Sorry to be so vague, the amend option is definitely there somewhere but you might need to hunt around a bit to find it!

There might be more details on how to amend and where to find the add person button if you search on Tripadvisor

Thank you
I have found it again added my name and age as travel companions- family
So I guess I'm added. Kids are small under 4 so I guess that's why it hasn't asked for them.
It asked for my ok address
And holiday address
And emergency contact of someone and my contact details. Are we talking about the same thing. I'm super nervous and they told us (Jet2) if we don't do them for by 10 pm we won't be able to travel

You need to do one for each adult travelling . I've been to Greece and that's what they checked.

Normalmumandwife · 24/08/2020 07:38

I'm sure your kids do have to be on it...ours were but not as young as yours?

Yes..if you don't have the form and Q code done then you will not fly. EasyJet were not letting people fly three weeks ago and we flew Jet2 and we were sick of the constant checking of the PLF. for that reason I would print it rather than have in your phone as they are not easy to read

ladyflower23 · 24/08/2020 09:33

Yes as per pp I also think your children need to be on it. The FCO site says all travellers including children so I would put them on to be safe if I were you!

minipie · 24/08/2020 15:10

Yes do add your kids too! When ours was checked on arrival in greece they checked all 4 of us were on it.

The QR code came through at midnight greek time so 10pm UK time the evening before the day we flew.

Thank you all so much! Managed to edit the form. I've added the kids. It won't let me add my sons age who is 7 months old. I tried putting 0 wouldn't accept it nor 7 months so I just put 1 down for the time being and will call the Greek embassy later today
