Hello, I've tried phoning them but can't get through. Meant to be going to Greece may half term, moved it free of charge to October half term. Have had lots of emails assuring us it will go ahead etc. Would really rather not, too much hassle. Was looking at options on our booking on website and one of them was to move it ( don't want to do this again), with no mention of cost, and another was a full refund! This seems too good to be true. If it is they have really not advertised this. Has anyone had a full refund in this situation? I can't help but think it's a trap and I'll lose my deposit or something. I will of course try phoning again tomorrow.
