We took the boys (8 and 10) this week, and we all loved it: fantastic opportunity.

I find the British Museum exhausting, but ds1 was in his element. Ds2 and I sat down and did some colouring in at a hands-on thing, and dh and ds1 went out scouting, and then took us on a tour of the highlights, which worked quite well.

Then when we were all dead on our feet with tiredness a story-teller came along, and we sat and listened to some wonderful stories for about 40 mins.

Lovely day
