Quarantine from Portugal

Hi all, I’m confused..... I came back from Portugal on Weds this week. Do I still have to quarantine?? The Government advice is a bit non committal, I read it that anyone who travels back before 4am needs to quarantine but after that they don’t. But work have just called me and said they expect me back on Monday as I now no longer need to quarantine? Help!!!

So I’ve spoken with the home office and they’ve confirmed I will still need to self isolate as I travelled back before the rules changed - but at least this serves as info for anyone else in the same position!
