Got my Ryanair refund!

I just wanted to share this as I know many are waiting. We were due to fly to Poland at beginning of August but they changed the flight time to a ridiculously early one for both flights so they gave us the option for a refund back in June. We decided not to travel and requested the refund. Got voucher email first ( took about 5 weeks) but used webchat to request cash refund. Took less than 3 weeks from the webchat. Just wanted to share for those still waiting

I can't seem to get anywhere with the web chat - do you log in from the Ryan Air page or Facebook - thanks.

I did the webchat at 6am on a weekday morning and got straight through. Used the one on the main Ryanair website. When the chatbot asks your query just type 'agent' and it bypasses all the other computer generated answers . You made need to type it in twicr .
