EasyJet cancelled our flights to Slovenia, I requested a refund and had an email 4 August to say the refund had been processed. However, the money hasn’t gone on to my credit card. Does anyone have any experience of how long it takes? Credit card company said it could be up to 14 days which seems a bit odd.
