Big house to rent somewhere in Yorkshire?

Have volunteered in a moment of madness to organise next get together for gang of Uni mates. In the 12 years since graduation we've all acquired a medley of partners & sprogs & no-one's house is big enough for a decent party, especially since we're in agreement that we've rather outgrown our traditional 'everybody drink till collapse then end up in huge sweaty pile of sleeping bags on the floor' type arrangement!

So I'm looking for a house for a weekend, early next year, which sleeps about 20 but in double rooms rather than dorms (dorms are all I'm finding by putting 'group accommodation + Yorkshire' into google)...can anyone suggest where to start looking? Location not particularly important, so long as it's Yorkshire - we're all quite widely scattered anyway these days so the idea is that I do a Northern one this time, & mate organises a Southern one later in the year.

Have you had a look at Welcome Cottages? We have used the company a few times now, including for next week's holiday. The do a whole range of properties big and small all over the country.

Maybe something like this ?
