Moving to Canada with a 9 week old!

We are currently set to move to Canada in a couple of weeks with daughter in tow of course. She will only be about 9 weeks old when we leave. She currently sleeps pretty well through the night (although she fights naps during the day) and so I am concerned that the time difference (5 hours) will completely throw her off. My friends and family have told me just to deal with adjusting her schedule when I get there, but I am wondering if there is anything I should do before we leave...and if there is enough time to prepare her for the time change.

Any opinions/ideas?

Thanks!

Only thing I can think of is to stick to her usual routine if you can during the day of travel (even if it means being topsy turvy while in transit)then adapt her gradually wen you get there as you'll all be upskittled for a while!

Good luck!
