New york city breaks

How many nights minimum to make this possible and enjoyable?I have seen several 4-5 night beraks but thought it wouldbe a bit short but ds desperate to go!

well you can pack a lot in 4 - 5 days with careful planning
i have been 3 nights - not enough
6 nights - great as i had one day of relaxing
minimum is 4 nights and 5 days IMHO

one - two days shopping
two days musuems
brooklyn zoo
central park
rockerfeller centre to ice skate

and all the eating!!!!

Personally, I would be in and out in two days

but with the $2 to the £1 it would be rude to only spend two days there

I think the customs allowance back to the UK is well within the capabilities of a 2-day spree

Do you think wednesday to sunday would be enough?Arriving in JFK at lunchtime wednesday and leaving at 7pm sunday evening?Juat about to book and could at a push do an extra day but have some things at home that I don't want to miss (my sister is 40!)_
