I am due to travel on Friday and since I booked I haven't heard from my host. I messaged a few weeks ago about something and nothing back. I would actually prefer to cancel at this stage but no refund but I have messaged and called a few times just to confirm at what time I will be there and nothing. I managed to get her on the phone once and she hung up. Airbnb are useless just say I am fully covered but what use is that to me if I arrive and she doesn't respond so I have no way to access the property. I would prefer just not to go at this stage and for a refund. Any ideas ?
