EasyJet Summer 2021 Released

For those waiting to rebook with EasyJet for next summer, flights were released this morning.

On hold with them now as can't use my cancelled flights voucher online (that would be too simple!). 85 minutes and counting!

I made a payment but didn't get a booking reference or email confirmation. Can't book again as it says it's a duplicate payment.

On hold trying to resolve now.

Got cut off after 2 hours 40 minutes - now approaching 2 hours on my second call.

What the hell are we supposed to do to use the vouchers? Why couldn't they issue ones that you could use online?

Just thinking of all the other things I should/could be doing, how much I'm spending on this phone call, and how the flight prices are rising all the time I'm waiting. So annoyed!

Perhaps try twitter they seem to be responding to people on that. Seems absolutely ridiculous that they issue vouchers that cannot be used online.

@BackInTime - just wanted to say thank you - after an hour of the website crashing I have managed to rebook our flights for next August. Big relief as I am in shielding group- let's just hope the health situation is a bit more positive this time next year.

4 hours 8 mins now - will try Twitter but think the vouchers can only be used over phone?

I got through! Flights booked and phone call ended after a mere 4h 30m. Including the phone call earlier that's over 7 hours devoted to that today. Yeesh.

@Tollergirl Glad you have successfully rebooked. Sounds like it has been a nightmare ordeal for some. So sad not to get away this year but nice to have something to look forward to next year.
