Hello

I'm looking at going to spain next year for our first holiday with a baby. 😬 he will be 1 in feb so looking at around June.

Myself and husband have recently become very antisocial so would love somewhere pretty quiet

Any ideas?

What other things are you interested in a holiday destination OP? I will forever recommend Seville to anyone who will listen but if you want to be near the beach then it’s a no. We also loved Platja D’Aro last year but it depends how antisocial you are. There’s a buzzing strip of restaurants and shops but also some beautiful walks along the coast and the beach is never particularly busy

Thank you for your reply. We are not sun worshippers. We love sight seeing mostly, eating out on an evening and just wandering about. A beach would be nice for an hour here and there but not essential. We would hire a car so could always travel to a beach x

Santander, San Sebastián... Anywhere along that coast

Its still spanish, two nice beaches, bit of old stuff to see, its real Spain, you can drive to Saville.

The Antequera area? Antequera is a beautiful old small town with loads of lovely places both in the town and the surrounding countryside to see (it's known as "the Florence of Andalucia"), and you can also visit Cordoba, Granada, Seville and get to the coast at Malaga. Great place if you want to see a lot of Andalucia during your stay!
