Is baby food in jars etc easily avaliable in HK? Is it any good? At the moment i cook everything for my dd so am a bit aprehensive about the whole thing. We are probably staying for 2 weeks in a hotel. Last time we were here, i was bf my dd.

You'll find most 'popular' brands over there. They are quite civilised really

Have you thought about attempting BLW - she can have little bits of whatever you have then?

You'll find all the usual brands in every supermarket. Where are you staying? There's a Wellcome upstairs in Exchange Square, a Park n Shop opposite Pacific Place and a City Super (bit more expensive and very much aimed at the expat Jamie Oliver organic mummies) in IFC 2.

Go on, hand her a bowl of chicken feet and take a photo for the BLW blog...

(what I would do in HK)
