Our holiday was cancelled yesterday (finally 
). They spoke to Dh earlier today re our options & we asked for a full refund. All fine. He's just had the email through & the price breakdown is £578.73 short of the full amount we paid. We will call them for an explanation but I just wondered if anyone who's been through the refund process has any idea why? (It's not our deposit amount).
