Tui refund. In stages?

I applied for the refund for our £4.5k holiday
I had 2 emails on Friday - one with a£300 refund and one with a £1300 refund
Has anyone had refunds like this?
I'm wondering how long it will take and why I can't get it all in one go.
What is the easiest way to contact them?

normally refunds reflect the payments you have made to them. Do these match how you paid.

Just checked and the two refunds match two PayPal payments made.
Maybe the non PayPal will take longer

Sadly that's how they're being refunded. I paid for mine via direct debit so it's going to be a fairly long process to get my money back 🤦🏻‍♀️
