Following govt investigation cottages.com & Hoseasons are now refunding Covid cancellations

This was only announced a few days ago. Doesn’t apply to all cottage companies yet, but as they are a market leader it’s a helpful sign.

@GiantKitten Thank you so much for posting this! I’d had a rather painful experience back in May with them and after 45minutes on hold yesterday I’m finally getting a full cash refund 😀
